Description:
Taking territory over from Sales Manager, as an expansion territory.Ability to work closely with leadership to take over existing accounts and continue to open new business YOY as well.Calling on Hospitals Surgical Suite and Surgery Centers.Sell operating room surgical medical devices to hospital administration, surgical suite directors, charge nurses, and surgeons.Build strong relationships with surgeons, surgical suite staff, and purchasing departmentsNot on call
Requirements:
1+ yrs experience in surgical device sales, Associate Sales Rep, or Surgical Case Coverage. Ideally looking for someone familiar with the operating room and surgical products.Proven ability to knock on doors, cold call, prospect and close new businessTrack record of consistent over quota attainment and solid sales achievementsSomeone driven, motivated, and can grow a territoryAbility to travel
Compensation: 45-55 base salary, 90-110K+ total 1st year, uncapped commissions, extra bonuses, car allowance + Gas, Expenses, and full medical benefits. YOY growth in role and compensation, Top Reps are earning over $300k annually in this position.
