Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspection and Testing:
    • Inspect aerospace parts and components.
    • Use measuring tools like calipers and gauges.
    • Conduct non-destructive tests (NDT) such as ultrasonic and dye penetrant inspections.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Record inspection results and test data.

  • Quality Assurance:
    • Monitor production processes for quality adherence.
    • Report defects and collaborate with teams to resolve them.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).
Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 2-5 years in aerospace quality inspection.
