Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance tasks on production machinery and electrical systems, following established procedures and checklists. Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, diagnose problems, and repair or replace faulty components. Install new electrical equipment and ensure proper operation. Maintain and update electrical documentation, including schematics and maintenance records. Collaborate with production personnel to identify and resolve equipment issues that impact production efficiency. Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures while working on electrical equipment. Perform other maintenance tasks as assigned, which may include mechanical repairs, lubrication, and basic cleaning.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a focus on electrical maintenance. Strong understanding of electrical principles, including AC/DC theory, troubleshooting techniques, and safety procedures. Experience working with electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Ability to use and maintain a variety of electrical tools and test equipment (multimeters, amp clamps, etc.). Excellent mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic mechanical repairs. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
