Senior Director, Organizations and People Advisory Services

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to Consulting Services leadership.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality advisory and implementation services to clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client objectives.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our federal client base and drive revenue growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and address complex business challenges.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- MBA or related/specialized advanced degree required.
- 15+ years of experience in management consulting or related field, with a demonstrated track record of success in senior leadership roles.
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Organizational Development, Human Capital, Workforce Design, Organizational Culture and/or Psychology, Talent Management, Change Management
- Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies, drive revenue growth, and achieve business objectives.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Deep understanding of public sector trends, challenges, and best practices.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Ability to obtain and/or hold a Public Trust clearance.
- Past applicable job experience may include, but is not limited to: Managing Director, Director of Operations, or Executive Director.
