Director, Small Business Advisory

Our client, a non-profit in Washington DC, is currently seeking a Director of Small Business Advisory to join their team. The incumbent will manager two relationship advisors and will service small business and entrepreneurs in the DC area.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial solutions for small businesses
  • Target clients are low- and moderate-income entrepreneurs
  • Must be involved the community
  • Attend networking events, luncheons and conferences
  • Record client data and report to appropriate parties as instructed in our customer relationship management system

Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Prior management experience is required
  • Strong accounting, finance and/or economic knowledge
  • Experience in community development
  • Passion for helping low/moderate income, diverse and other underserved entrepreneurs
