Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process, providing outstanding partnership to internal stakeholders and best match the needs of Tencent and the talent in the market
Building strong networks, market understanding and identifying talent pools for the various positions under your care
You will also formulate recruitment strategies to ensure a healthy pipeline of candidates and look into providing market insights through the use of data
Build talent insight and/or market intelligence decks to educate business leaders on market practices, competitor movements and provide advisory for expansion
Candidates will be expected to quickly take on responsibility with a direct work focus on international expansion and new market hiring initiatives.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
At least 6 years of experience in recruiting focusing on high tech and related industry, experience dealing with multiple stakeholders across various business groups will be ideal
Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin)
