We are hiring a Social Media Director who is an expert in organic social media across platforms, to lead and mentor our progressive and passionate social media team, and deliver insight-driven organic social content. Our amazing client partnerships include B2C and B2B, and the ideal candidate for this role will be strategic and creative with both B2C and B2B opportunities. This role is hybrid and can be based in any of our four offices: Chicago, D.C., NYC, or Phoenix.

Responsibilities

Understand client business objectives across the Manifest portfolio and lead the execution of organic social-first campaigns across B2C and B2B accounts to enhance the brand, increase visibility, and deepen relationships with key audiences.

Manage and mentor a highly creative, audience-obsessed social media team that delivers industry-leading engagement and demand generation.

Collaborate with other discipline leads to strategically serve clients as part of integrated content marketing programs.

Pitch and present platform strategies, program ideas, and capability offerings to new and existing clients.

Guide efforts to devise key performance metrics in efforts to optimize content and improve social campaign performance.

Report in collaboration with other discipline leads on performance measurement, creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of project status/results, analyzing data, and providing insights and ideas for optimizations.

Requirements

Approximately 10 years of organic social media management experience, including B2C and B2B clients, in advertising, marketing, or social agencies.

Knowledgeable on all key social platforms, as well as being informed and inquisitive about new and emerging platforms.

Experience managing and mentoring direct reports.

Successful track record pitching and presenting to prospective and current clients and internal stakeholders.

Successful track record of building and evolving process and function of social media programs.

Expertise across social media tools and working with social analytics and Ads platforms, and Google Analytics.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required.
