The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber.
Bachelor's of Science degree in a related discipline and typically 12 or more years of relevant technical experience
Advanced knowledge of engineering principles and practices
Extensive experience with Computer Aided Engineering tools, analysis and simulation
Typically 4-6 years of relevant leadership and/or project management experience
and overseeing the development and maintenance of staff competence
Experience with identifying and coordinating resources to ensure the required tools, processes, and training are available/effective and programs are staffed and supported to achieve success
Prior exposure to working successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment emphasizing rapid prototyping and fielding of capabilities, with minimal supervision
Software based test experience (C, C++, Python, Visual Basic)
Background in LINUX based test systems
National Instruments test software development experience (LabView & Test Stand)
Software development cycle release process, software source control, unit test, software validation
Mechanical hardware test, debug, troubleshoot experience
Root cause analysis, Failure Reporting Analysis Corrective Action System (FRACAS)
