Accounts Payable Coordinator . If you have experience in accounts payable (AP), coupled with strong analytical and research skills, this is the position for you
The Accounts Payable Expense department at Shared Services oversees the entry of PO and non- PO Expenses in Oracle. The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for accurately reviewing and entering invoices, completing detailed analytical research, supports department goals and initiatives.
This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associate in Newport News, VA, in accordance with company policy.
Accurately enter invoice header and invoice detail into the Oracle AP Module
Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve overall performance and efficiency within workflow.
Use Microsoft Excel to export data, build pivot tables and complete v-look up functions.
3+ years of Accounts payable experience preferred
Accounts Payable experience for multiple business units and locations
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
High volume data entry experience with Oracle Fusion preferred
Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data accurately
Strong navigation and use of Microsoft Excel
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, high-quality results
