Bar Manager Requirements:
Ability to work efficiently and effectively during late-night and overnight shifts
Weekend and overnight availability
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Lead the team with energy and hospitality
Be on the floor at all times interacting with guests and maintaining the atmosphere
