MasTec’s Clean Energy and Infrastructure Group (CE&I) is a $4 billion annual revenue business unit that provides construction services for industrial facilities; building products manufacturers, power generation facilities, manufacturing plants; solar, wind, and thermal energy plants; Interpret project documents to prepare clear, complete and competitive estimates, general conditions, and bid
Informs preconstruction staff of project requirements and owner directives, and develops a plan to meet stated goals.
Manages multiple projects
Participates in identifying qualified subcontractors, and establishing and maintaining bid solicitation lists.
Responsible for tracking cost at various stages of the projects lifecycle.
Prepares project clarifications and bid assumptions for submission to Owner.
Investigates local market conditions and their effect on cost and
Coordination with other company executives to help effectuate the firm’s strategic planning effort.
Must have excellent planning, organizational and coordinating skills.
Collaborate closely with Lemartec’s Building Systems on all related metal building pricing efforts.
Ensure quality of services meets project requirements.
Provide risk and cost comparison analysis on estimates.
Scheduling Programs(Microsoft Projects preferred)
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
CAD and BIM experience preferred
progressive work experience with 7 + years of estimating on construction projects with MEPF scope or 10+ years of experience in lieu of education. 
Data Center Estimator Experience Preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast pace environment.
Must have project scheduling and document control experience.
Demonstrate an expertise relative to constructability as applied to construction methods and materials, and the economics involved with advance knowledge of construction, construction management, and design-build construction obtained through a combination of experience and education.
Experience with the following software:
Microsoft Project, P6 or equivalent
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, )
Estimating software (SAGE/Timberline and On-Screen Take Off)
