Take your scientific career to the next level as a *Method Development Scientist III *apart of Labcorp Biopharma Laboratory Services in Madison, WI
*In this senior role, you'll be engaged in creating regulatory-ready analytical methods for quantifying a range of molecules, including small molecules, proteins, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), and oligonucleotides.
Your expertise in bioanalysis, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC/MS), and high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) is essential for a successful candidate.
*Act as a technical resource for the group and assists in method troubleshooting and training of staff.
* Participates in the development of analytical methods for validation assays using a variety of analytical techniques for multidiscipline studies to generate results, solve problems, and interpret data of a scientific nature.
* Applies and interprets scientific theories, concepts, techniques, and regulatory requirements in bioanalytical and mass spectrometry studies and helps to develop scientific approaches.
* Independently sets up, maintains, operates and performs routine and non-routine maintenance on general equipment, including problem identification and resolution.
* Participates in the evaluation of new equipment.
* Contributes to long-range planning and technical policies of the department.

PhD in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Clinical Chemistry (or related field) or extensive LC-MS bioanalytical experience
* Experience developing methods for large molecules (antibodies, ADCs, oligonucleotides) including affinity enrichment (hybrid assays) and high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS)
* Knowledge of laboratory automation software, system software, and Microsoft applications
