As the Manager of Social Work you will:
Maintain 24-hour accountability for the clinical and management functions
Monitor and evaluate activities pertinent to the operation of the department.
Supervise the staff that is providing supportive counseling and discharge planning through the care coordination process.
Ensure that care is rendered to age-appropriate populations on each patient care unit.
Be responsible for maintaining established standards, and administrative support and guidance to a department of social workers.
Maintain ongoing collaborative and collegial relationships with Medical Staff, clinical and support departments.
Work Shift : Days, Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts

Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
Previous management experience preferred
