EvergreenHealth is seeking a new RN graduate to join the well-established team in the Surgical Ortho, Spine & Neuro Unit.
Job Summary: Responsible for the total direct nursing care of all patients within established standards of care, hospital and unit policies, procedures, and guidelines.
RN RESIDENCY PROGRAM DETAILS: EvergreenHealth's Residency Program consists of group practicums and lectures that support the graduate RN to mitigate the education-to-industry gap. We foster growth in the clinical, professional, and transitional aspects of professional nursing practice. RN Residents require a Washington State RN license and an American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR card by your hire date and a two-year employment commitment.

Provides direct patient care and functions as a patient advocate.
Assesses the comprehensive nursing needs of an assigned group of patients.
Continuously plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, incorporating patient and family/significant other into the process.
Participates with physician partners and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient and family/significant other plan of care.

Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) required within 5 years of employment if applicable
Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification by October 28, 2024
