As the Director of Human Resources at our esteemed pharmaceutical client, you will play a pivotal role in driving our HR strategies and initiatives. You will lead our HR department, ensuring the implementation of policies and practices that align with our company's objectives and values. You will collaborate closely with senior management to attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and excellence.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with the company's goals and industry best practices.

Lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR analytics Partner with senior management to identify current and future talent needs, and develop workforce planning strategies to address them.

Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, promoting professional growth and development among team members.

Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes and developments in the field.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives, serving as a strategic HR partner.

Lead organizational change initiatives, supporting managers and employees through transitions and fostering a culture of resilience and adaptability.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives.

Highly analytical, with the ability to leverage HR data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead through change.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
