Associate Business Manager, Walmart 
This position uniquely manages all areas of the Shearer’s portfolio and allows for this individual to lead on WMT International. This role works closely with the Walmart Team Lead, the internal cross-functional teams and the Customer (Merchandising & Private Brands; Walmart - Salty Snacks & Cookies/Crackers, including International). This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational activities & execution that support the business around the areas of Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing & Shelving. SALES ANALYSIS (M.A.Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed in Luminate/RL/Nielsen:
Merchandising (ie – Lift analysis on Features/Displays, Rollbacks, etc)
new item launch performance, mix analysis)
Utilizing POS and shipment data-points, develop weekly POV on forecast driving forecast variance down.
Responsible for entering all Stage Gate PIF (Product Intake Forms) to kick-off projects & present on LCM calls
WMT via Item360 & PO Discrepancy forms as needed to minimize deductions on front-end.


Bachelor’s Degree (preferable analytical/business related) and 3-5 years related experience in replenishment and/or sales analytics required
Proficient in Windows Office
Excel: pivots, v-look-ups, formulas, etc.
PowerPoint: building Replenishment TB decks
Proficient in Syndicated data systems
Must be detail-oriented and able to manage complexity
