Come and grow with us and help take our global specialty pigments business to the next level. Are you an experienced Polymer Chemist who can handle a broad range of duties? Are you looking for a role with a mix of R&D, Quality, Customer Support and Manufacturing Support?

Are you energized by working with customers, helping them solve problems, making sure they get the right product for their application and the right support to help them be successful?

Do you enjoy working with your factory team members to support continuous quality improvement in manufacturing?

A polymer chemist with a deep experience in suspension and bulk polycondensation reactions
· Exceptionally organized, an expert project manager, seeing product development projects through to successful completion
· Energized by helping your customers formulate with your products and educating your sales team in the process
· Are steeped in Lean Manufacturing and fluent in Root Cause Analysis to investigate quality issues and prevent recurrence
· Experienced with ISO9001 Compliance and document control
· Consistently helping your plant team make improvements to quality in manufacturing
· Looking for a growth opportunity

About Us: We are a specialty pigment manufacturer with manufacturing in the US and overseas and we sell globally. Our team has been in the industry for over thirty years and we have an extensive customer base, opportunity list and product development pipeline. We are technical experts in our field and our strategic plan calls for aggressive growth. This is a growth opportunity. You’ll work alongside industry veteran experts who are looking to share their knowledge with future technical leadership. As part of the Technical team, you’ll work closely with our Supply Chain, Operations and Sales teams to ensure that key responsibilities are met:
· Products are manufactured to the highest quality standards
· New product development projects are effectively managed through a project management process
· Production quality issues are effectively investigated and resolved
