You are:

·        A polymer chemist with a deep experience in suspension and bulk polycondensation reactions

·        Adept at surfactant chemistry and particle size control

·        Exceptionally organized, an expert project manager, seeing product development projects through to successful completion

·        Energized by helping your customers formulate with your products and educating your sales team in the process

·        Are steeped in Lean Manufacturing and fluent in Root Cause Analysis to investigate quality issues and prevent recurrence

·        Experienced with ISO9001 Compliance and document control

·        Consistently helping your plant team make improvements to quality in manufacturing

·        Looking for a growth opportunity

This is a growth opportunity. You’ll work alongside industry veteran experts who are looking to share their knowledge with future technical leadership.  As part of the Technical team, you’ll work closely with our Supply Chain, Operations and Sales teams to ensure that key responsibilities are met:

·        Products are manufactured to the highest quality standards

·        Customer technical support issues are addressed thoroughly, professionally and in a timely manner

·        New product development projects are effectively managed through a project management process

·        Production quality issues are effectively investigated and resolved
