Field Service Coordinator

We are looking for a Field Service Coordinator in Omaha, NE will interact with the company's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. Interact with field personnel regarding their day to day.
Interacts with customers via telephone, email.
* Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, escalates to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
* Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
* Provides support and guidance to service personnel who perform on-site routine services including maintenance, OSHA inspections, and repair.
* Ensures field services are effective and customers' requirements are met.
* Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a field service environment.
* Coordination of schedule with Service Manager and customers, preparation of service orders and maintenance checklists, review of technicians' hours and timecards, and preparation of quotes for inspections and repairs, ordering of related parts.
* Communicate availability of materials (or delays of materials) with customers.
* Arrange rental equipment when necessary.
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
* Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
* Microsoft 365 proficient.
* Customer service experience required.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. Three Medical Plan offerings through Cigna
