Position Title: Director, Client and Practice Development What You'll Be Doing:
- Role and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, particularly those from BIG 4 public accounting or private equity/venture capital firms.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for practice development and client acquisition.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align practice development strategies with the company's overall goals.
- Be prepared to contribute to a variety of tasks and projects, embracing the versatile nature of the role in a dynamic team environment.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- A strong background in BIG 4 public accounting or experience with private equity/venture capital firms is preferred.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- High degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a knack for bringing new ideas and strategies to the table.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player mentality, with a willingness to take on various roles and responsibilities as needed.
