Support the Account Leaders in running and growing the a major retail account. The Account Director is expected to be on-site at the client (Bay Area) 50-100% of the time.
Primary Responsibility - Supporting the Account Leaders around day-to-day needs of the account. Supporting communications and presentations to the client
Facilitating and managing SOW’s, documentation, etc., Helping to manage internal Blend needs around the client such as pipeline management, forecasting, etc.
Supporting the Account Leaders in developing growth plans both short term and long term
Supporting the development of account plans around resource needs
Creating and managing intake systems for client requests, including new projects
Providing a first point of contact for client and escalating issues / concerns / opportunities appropriately to Account Leaders
Developing and maintaining client and relationship organization maps, dossiers and related materials to support growing Blend’s presence
Managing account coordinator and helping skills/career development
Holding delivery teams accountable for project plans, timelines and deliverables
Client and relationship management

~ Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location.
