As a pivotal member of our quality assurance team, you'll be at the forefront of precision and innovation, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
As a Quality Technician 3, you will be responsible for a wide range of quality assurance tasks, including managing our calibration system, conducting MSA studies, and programming CMM and optical measurement systems. Manage and maintain our calibration system to ensure all measurement and testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
Develop fixture solutions to securely hold products during inspection and testing.
Facilitate MSA studies to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of measurement equipment and processes.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
Conduct inspections and audits of products, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and work instructions.
Provide training and support to team members on quality processes and procedures.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality assurance activities.
Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in a quality environment.
Knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and regulations (e.g., Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing quality issues.
Ability to work autonomously under minimal supervision.
Advanced use of required gaging instruments and the application of such instruments.
