Clover Product Commercialization, Manager

What does a successful Clover Product Commercialization, Manager do at Fiserv?

You will be responsible for building a strategic relationship with leaders within Fiserv & the Joint Venture to facilitate growth of Fiserv products and solutions with an emphasis on Clover. To be successful you must have a consistent track record of strategy execution. You will align channel product requirements with our solutions portfolio to deliver differentiated customer value. As the strategic advisor to the partner, you are required to have an in-depth understanding of the client’s goals & strategies as well as Fiserv’s product suite.

What you will do:

  • Manage product commercialization and full socialization to the channel partner. Including pricing and contract negotiations with legal and finance partners.
  • Partner with Fiserv product leads, DSR and training to understand roadmaps, functional impact to existing and new Fiserv product, and share that information with stakeholders frequently.
  • Directly responsible for educating and enabling our JV partner on Products, feature sets, and enhancements and working with Fiserv product and engineering teams to determine market and product impact
  • Communicate and share sales, revenue and penetration results as it pertains to Fiserv products and services with partner and Fiserv leadership
  • Ability to understand the competitive landscape and develop and deliver training addressing the needs of the client and sales
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing changes, updates, etc. to Fiserv’s entire distribution channel and partnerships in a very structured, high-energy format – monthly sessions, weekly updates, as needed, both written and verbal
  • Must be comfortable working with internal and external partners; engage audiences of varying levels within the organization (e.g. support staff teams, vendors, and channel leads)
  • Will act as a liaison to our sales org, fielding one off questions or escalations. Responsible for tracking and resolving in a timely manner

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of work, education, and military experience.
  • 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development roles with successful demonstrated performance against quota for multiple years.

What would be great to have:

  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships at a senior level with clients gaining trusted advisor status.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Fiserv products.
  • Prior experience of successfully working in a dynamic, matrix environment.
  • Possess a fundamental understanding Fiserv products including Clover
  • Prior knowledge of Fiserv and former First Data product offerings.

Travel Required: Ability to travel approximately 10%.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, Hawaii, New York or Washington.
