Our Springfield VA based client is looking for ServiceNow HRSD developer. As a ServiceNow HRSD developer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes in ServiceNow HRSD. Working closely with customers, business analysts and process consultants, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and IT strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with team members across teams within an agile framework and you must communicate clearly and effectively with other team members and customer stakeholders.



Development and configuration of ServiceNow HRSD - 50%
Experienced with frequent use and application of technical standards, principals, and theories. Works under general supervision, providing solutions to technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. Minimum 3 years’ experience + bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Associate degree +2 years’ experience; Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, 1+ years; or experience with any module in ServiceNow, 2+ years.
Experience working in agile teams, including responsibility for pointing user stories, 2+ years.
Experience with technical solution design, including building technical documentation, 2+ years.



ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist.
Agile certification, preferably with SAFe.
Experience with ServiceNow platform administration, 2+ years.
Experience with building ServiceNow integrations (SOAP/REST), 2+ years.
All candidates require a Department of Homeland Security Clearance to work on this program.
