The Aledium Group is a sister company of AlediumHR. We specialize in business development roles, primarily within the information technology sector. We are actively recruiting for a fantastic Israeli hardware company that's pushing the boundaries in high-performance computing solutions.

We're looking for a dynamic Sales/BizDev Leader to help them lead the charge in data analytics technology. With their revolutionary SQL Processing Unit (SPU), designed for Big Tech's massive data needs, their goal is to transform data processing across data centers and edge devices, making deep learning workflows faster and more efficient.

Thanks to strong partnerships, such as their collaboration with Dell and a customer list with giants like Alibaba and JD.com, our client is on an exciting path of growth. This role, reporting directly to the CTO, is your chance to make an impact from their strategic Bay Area hub.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:

  • Identify, target, and establish strategic relationships with new, major, high-potential hyperscale accounts in the U.S. data center market.
  • Use your industry savvy to be the ultimate "door opener," introducing the client's innovative solutions to the movers and shakers.
  • Nurture and grow our early adopter community, building solid alliances and staying in tune with their evolving needs.
  • Smash sales targets by masterfully positioning state-of-the-art tech solutions.
  • Leverage your deep knowledge of acceleration cards and data storage solutions to tackle customer challenges with their SPU technology.

Are You Our Ideal Candidate?

  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Sales and marketing, IT, Computer or Electrical Science, or something similar.
  • Your track record in strategic sales and B2B tech product launches, especially in startups, speaks for itself.
  • Start-up experience is a must.
  • Deep knowledge of acceleration cards (including FPGA-based) and data storage solutions to address specific customer needs with their SQL Processing Unit (SPU).
  • Experience in running sales and business development efforts for hardware data center products .
  • You're well-connected and know how to navigate the big tech universe in the U.S.
  • You thrive in fast-paced settings and are a pro at identifying and capitalizing on market trends.
  • You're a self-starter capable of managing the full sales cycle and engaging prospects with confidence.
  • Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills make you a natural at influencing top-tier execs.
