English Program Coordinator

The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc, or any other non-IT-based project. Join us in this exciting opportunity to shape the future success of our organization through effective program management
Communicate proactively to cross-functional partners and prepare formal recurring business reviews for senior leadership.
Synthesize information and context, and draw connection points across multiple teams to summarize impact, risks, and blockers.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop reporting dashboards that provide insights into business operations.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by establishing and enforcing data governance policies and processes.
Drive impact through strong executive communication and leadership.
Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills are necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
Strong project management skills.
Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
PMI or PMP certification preferred.

Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
