Inside Sales Representative

Propose and negotiate lease terms and conditions
Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met
Effectively use the Salesforce.com CRM tool to manage call reports, opportunities, customer and market information
Develop and execute a sales business plan that will achieve corporate revenue goals. Critical Job Knowledge and Core Competencies/Skills: Knowledge of the North American rail industry, railcar types and their commodity applications
Understanding of operating lease terms and conditions
Ability to negotiate contract terms
Excellent sales ability with a focus on long term relationship building.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Strong computer skills.
Some travel to visit customers and industry conferences required Experience 5 plus years of comparable or relevant experience in the rail industry
Strong knowledge of the Rail sector and ability to discuss market dynamics
