As we continue to expand our product offerings and enhance our brand presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive our growth strategy.

Position Overview:

As the Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand and driving our business forward. You will be responsible for bringing new LED lighting products to market, overseeing the entire marketing strategy, and managing the customer experience across all touchpoints. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record of product launches, brand management, and P&L responsibility within the LED lighting or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product awareness, customer acquisition, and retention through online channels.
  • Lead product development initiatives, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, and operations teams to bring new products to market on time and within budget.
  • Manage the entire brand experience, including messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Own the P&L for the marketing department, setting and managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and optimizing ROI.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive marketing experience in the LED lighting or related industries, with a focus on product marketing and brand management.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products and managing the entire product lifecycle.
  • Experience managing P&L, setting budgets, and driving financial performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Passion for innovation, sustainability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
