Amplemarket is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Manager of Customer Success. As a Success Manager you will be leading a team of CSMs to ensure client satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in shaping our company's success, working directly with the founders to achieve our goals and drive business growth.

You will:

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to a team of CSMs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer health and implement retention strategies to minimize churn.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Gather customer feedback and work closely with product development teams to drive product enhancements.
  • Identify and nurture customer advocates who can serve as references, participate in case studies and contribute to marketing efforts.
  • Utilize customer data and analytics to identify trends, track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
  • Continuously assess and optimize CS processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement tools, technologies and resources to support the team's success.

Who we're looking for:

  • +3 years of experience in a customer success role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or management position is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team, set clear expectations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities to help develop the skills of individual team members.
  • Strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
  • A solid understanding and interest in technology.
