Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Duties:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding or redirecting as necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with DocuSign and QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour
