Long Island Jewish Medical Center is widely recognized for providing outstanding health care to women throughout every stage of life. We have been designated a New York State Regional Perinatal Center, which means we offer the highest level of care for moms and babies. We accept maternal and neonatal transports and educating five affiliate institutions. It has approximately 9,500 deliveries per year.
