Job Description The Lead Fleet Technician's primary purpose is to oversee the Fleet Shop, Technicians and ensure completion of preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment including gas and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, air brakes, tankers, and trailers.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Shift Differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate shift differential paid for applicable hours worked
Sign On Bonus: $10,000 (payable per BTB terms)

Assisting in education of the Route Sales Representatives' pre and post-trip inspections
Ensure parts are billed out in electronic and proprietary systems
Record all repair work in Trimble TMT electronic maintenance system and on company PM Cards
Order, receive, and stock parts and supplies for Fleet Shop as needed
Coordinate and manage multiple outside support vendors as needed
Oversee Fleet Technicians, shop workload and Fleet Shop Repair performance KPI targets
Coordinate Fleet with internal partners and Fleet Technicians
Manage costs according to budget and daily completion of repairs
High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
Ability to handle physical requirements, including, but not limited to, repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting up to 60 pounds in all work conditions (indoor and outdoor)
The ability to obtain CDL B (with airbrake endorsement) within specified period of time
Microsoft Office computer skills (including Excel)
