You will work closely with customers, service advisors, and lead technicians to ensure effective communication and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair heavy equipment and fleet vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Documentation and Communication: Accurately document machine repairs and information per service order, and communicate job status in progress with customers and team members.
  • Inspections and Quality Control: Perform accurate, complete, and documented inspections per unit, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Tooling and Equipment: Possess and utilize adequate tooling to perform repairs safely and effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4 years of experience in a production or fleet shop environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accurately documenting repairs, skilled in utilizing tablets and cellphones for work purposes, and capability to drive and operate service trucks safely.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively as a team member, communicate positively with team members, and make quick and accurate decisions in the moment.
