The Systems directorate is the central focus for Mission Systems Integration activities within Raytheon, responsible for defining customer needs, functional and product architecture, requirements definition and decomposition, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), system performance, and System Security Engineering (SSE). The System Security Engineering Department (SSE) is seeking a *Cyber Systems Engineering-M4 *professional for a Section Lead position. The SSE department oversees all aspects Cyber Security and Program Protection across Raytheon. The Section Lead will be responsible for the sustainment, assessment and development of the section, and will ensure engineers adhere to Raytheon policies, vision, values and goals. Deliver performance feedback, conduct career development discussions, develop career growth plans

* Workforce planning: Manage tasking of section employees

* Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience

* S. government issued Top Secret/SCI with Poly security clearance is required prior to start date. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

* Experience with Systems Engineering, including any of the following: System Requirements definition and analysis, System Test and Analysis, Systems Engineering Studies, Cybersecurity Engineering and Cybersecurity capability integration

* Experience managing a team of engineers

*Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Estimate-At-Complete (EAC), Agile, proposal development, etc.

* Experience in the implementation and business growth of SSE implementation throughout the entire life cycle

* Experience with system engineering development processes (development of A, B2, requirements, ConOps, System Architecture documents, SEMP, etc)

* Government contract proposals as Cyber Security Engineer subject matter expert

* Cyber Certifications in accordance with DoDD 8570/DoDD 8140 such as CISSP, GSLC, CEH

* Program management experience with SSE

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
