If you are passionate about hospitality and ready to embark on a rewarding career with Shamin Hotels, we want to hear from you The Guest Service Agent is responsible for checking guests in and out of their rooms. They work with guests both in-person and online to reserve their rooms, answer any questions they have about the hotel and provide details and recommendations about activities to do in the surrounding area. Performs all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basis.
● Balances all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift.
● Prepares the front office for the ‘A’ shift and reset days business.
● Acts as a Guest Service representative during the nighttime hours.
● Acts as the manager on duty during the nighttime hours.
● Attends and actively participates in all front office meetings.
● Participates in all training and cross training programs.
● Acts as PBX operator during the audit shift.
● Reports to work for scheduled shifts, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.
● Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties.
