As the assistant to the General Manager, you will assist in managing hotel operations, maintaining revenue, cost, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise assigned departments to ensure revenue goals and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in financial and operational planning.
- Stay informed about business trends and local activities.
- Meet departmental budgets and monitor financial statements.
- Maintain community engagement levels.
- Handle guest complaints effectively.
- Contribute to new programs for improved guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Promote other Shamin Hotels to guests.
- Train, mentor, and guide hotel staff.
- Be comfortable with high visibility and leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in hotels or related fields.
- Preferably 1-2 years of hotel experience.

- Ability to work with financial data and possess basic math skills.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills.
- Familiarity with brand systems.
