Raytheon Advanced Airborne RF (AARF) Systems Engineering department in Goleta, California has an immediate opening for a Systems Engineer II supporting our Electronic Warfare Systems product line. Decide how to capture those requirements in specific documents such as specifications and interface control documents.

* Trace the flow of requirements between different parts of the program to ensure that all areas have the complete information appropriate to their activity.

* Selected candidate will be required to obtain and maintain special access program (SAP) clearance.

*Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience.

* Experience with systems design and requirements engineering on EW/Radar programs.

* S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

*Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture (SysML specifically), digital thread concepts, digital engineering, MBSE with DevSecOps).

* Experience with security requirements related to government testing.

* Active DoD Top Secret clearance with investigation within five years.
