You will derive overall system requirements from customer information and break down complex requirements into subsystems. Leading system design decisions, you will engage in trade studies, performance analysis, risk analysis, and verification methods. Your responsibilities will also include writing detailed specifications, conducting customer reviews, and supporting business development. You will serve as a subject-matter expert, providing insights and data to various internal teams and helping to guide the future of our product offerings. Hard Skills
+ Experience with DOORS, DNG, Cameo, Jira, Confluence or equivalent Systems Engineering tools
+ Technical leadership experience
+ Experience in architecting, designing, writing, and maintaining C/C++ code (preferred)
+ Experience with thermal design considerations and electronics packaging
+ Holding patents and publications

Work Environment
The role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary program team and interacting with various departments within the company. The position requires both technical expertise and leadership skills to guide projects from conception to production. You will also be involved in customer interactions and internal process improvements.
