Raytheon Advanced Airborne RF (AARF) Systems Engineering department in Goleta, California and/or Lompoc, California, or Point Mugu, CA has an immediate opening for a Senior Systems Engineer supporting our Electronic Warfare Systems product line. You will decide how to capture those requirements in specific documents such as specifications and interface control documents.
You will trace the flow of requirements between different parts of the program to ensure that all areas have the complete information appropriate to their activity.
Selected candidate will be required to obtain and maintain special access program (SAP) clearance.

Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and five (5) years professional experience.
Experience with systems design and requirements engineering on EW/Radar programs.
Active and transferable Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture (SysML specifically), digital thread concepts, digital engineering, MBSE with DevSecOps).
Experience with security requirements related to government testing.
Active DoD Top Secret clearance with investigation within five years.

Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
