What does a successful AI/LLM Engineer do at Fiserv? You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI solutions that address complex business challenges. Create and implement scalable solutions utilizing a range of AWS services including AWS Bedrock for foundational AI capabilities. Compute services for processing power, OpenSearch for data indexing and search, API Gateway for API management, and AWS CDK with TypeScript for infrastructure as code. Leverage Python for scripting and development, and LLMops for managing large language models in production environments. What you will need to have: 8-10+ years of experience with Python and Java for programming, enabling the development of robust and efficient AI applications. 4+ years of experience in developing AI and Large Language Model (LLM) based applications specifically for Quality Engineering teams: design, implement, and optimize AI solutions to enhance testing and quality assurance processes. 4+ years of experience in developing and managing LLMOps pipelines using AWS CodePipeline: scripting, automation, and orchestration of workflows to streamline the deployment and maintenance of large language models. 4+ years of experience in creating and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure: set up, configure, and manage various AWS services to support scalable and secure AI applications. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience. What would be great to have: Basic understanding of Test Automation tools and processes. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to multi-task with strong diligence.
