We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Medical Malpractice Trial Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice defense, general liability defense litigation, and personal injury defense litigation.
Provide expert legal representation to clients in medical malpractice, general liability defense, and personal injury defense cases.Stay up-to-date with the latest legal precedents, regulations, and rulings that may affect the outcome of cases.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.A minimum of 5 years of experience as a trial attorney, specifically in medical malpractice defense, general liability defense litigation, and personal injury defense litigation.Proven track record of successful litigation, including trials and settlements.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.Proficient in legal research tools and software.
