As a Sr. Customer Success Recruiter, your role entails advising internal stakeholders on current and future talent needs in alignment with business strategies for our client, Intuit. Intuit is a global technology platform that helps their customers and communities overcome their most important financial challenges. They help give over 50 million consumer, small business and self-employed customers around the world the opportunity to prosper. This is a 6-month W2 contract position that will work in a hybrid setting at our Plano, T X or San Diego, C A location. This position requires the employee to be onsite 2-3 times a week. Required 1+ years experience recruiting individuals in Risk and Fraud Department such as Risk Analysts.5+ years proven success in High Volume, full cycle recruitment B A/ B S or equivalent experience Develop and execute end to end proactive sourcing strategies in multiple disciplines/domains Build pools of talent for the Sales & Customer Success organizations and disciplines. Experience in guiding managers on use of corporate services such as relocation and immigration Candidates should exhibit a growth mindset, readily adapting to evolving dynamics, and have a history of guiding, consulting, and educating hiring managers on best practices.
