    • Executives to align on product strategy and communicate updates and risks.
    • Customers to understand their challenges, pain points and help drive the adoption of new features.
  • Crafting and measuring quantitative metrics and KPIs to determine the delivered value, product usage, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-mortem reviews, help audit existing processes to assess project and process efficacy.

You will get the opportunity to:

  • Bring products from 0 to 1 in the data privacy, security and governance space. These products will help Relyance AI customers to better protect data and respect the fundamental right to data privacy.
  • Talk to a wide range of customers, prospects & internal stakeholders to identify trends, strategic opportunities and influence the Relyance AI product strategy.
  • Question and improve the current state. This role will require a “whatever it takes” approach to ideate, translate, and ship products that will benefit the customer and the company.

This role could be a fit for you if you bring:

  • 4+ years of product management, product development, or prior experiences in strong product management functions that have involved building and shipping products to market.
  • Experience with the PM tech stack (ie. dIRA, Figma, Productboard, Aha, Amplitude, Pendo, etc., Product Testing Tools etc.).
  • Experience using quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product prioritization and decision-making
  • SaaS experience, technical fluency, and an ability to understand modern software systems (microservices, APIs, client server architecture etc.) to help drive strategic and technical discussions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating product requirements, customer challenges, and GTM messaging. This role will require the ability to effectively convey complex product ideas and strategies to a range of stakeholders, including executives, engineering, GTM, and end-users.
  • Experience in product operations to set up or tweak existing processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Ability to wear many hats and pivot based on company needs.
  • Excitement and curiosity about taking on new and varied responsibilities in a fast-growing, dynamic organization.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with data privacy regulations (like GDPR, CPRA etc.), security practices and frameworks or data governance.
  • Experience with Python, Java, Go, or Ruby.
  • Experience with Machine Learning or AI.
  • Bringing curiosity and a growth mindset to the work you do.
