System One is seeking a Purchasing Contract Specialist for a hybrid (contract) opportunity in Denver Colorado.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day administration of contract collection.
Documenting and reviewing of contract term and conditions.
Create project in Asana to keep all contracts organized (setting task reminders)
Submit contracts ready for termination to JLD.
Mail termination letters via email and/or Certified mail.
Make calls and/or draft email to DaVita facilities.


Requirements:
~ Proficiency in MS Office - Preferred experience in Asana (Open to training)
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
~ Excellent interpersonal skills.
~ Strong organizational skills.
~ Excellent problem-solving skills.
~ Ability to work independently.
~ Ability to work as part of a team.
~ Highly developed attention to detail.
~ Ability to work under pressure.
~ Must be able to work in the office Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
~8AM-5PM (Flexible on arrival time while in office)
~ Potential for contract extension.
~ Buss/Train pass will be provided.
