RN Market Director - Clinical and Professional Development

Responsibilities Lead clinical professional development for assigned market to ensure the consistent alignment, delivery, performance, and evaluation of multi-faceted clinical professional development programs. * Manage clinical professional development teams to achieve organizational goals and provide access to clinical learning delivery, performance, and programs. * Oversee program quality, analysis of program effectiveness, and overall efficacy of clinical education in achieving strategic business priorities. * Collaborate with others to create and conduct needs assessments that provide meaningful data to leaders to ensure alignment of clinical professional development operations with the organization's strategic priorities. * Participate in the development of clinical professional development services with budget stewardship to ensure alignment with organizational needs and strategic direction. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: * Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required Education: * Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. * Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.
