WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


The Lead Principal Technical Account Manager will lead several of our most strategic Agency and Brand engagements deepening our integrations with both clients and partners. This individual plays a critical role intranslatingcompanyinitiativesthrough streamlinedtechnical operations. We are looking to hire someone who understands webtechnology, learns fast and is not afraid of complexity. You are comfortable leading high visibility projects and sharing best practices with a dynamic group of TAMs.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Manage the post-sale technical relationship for portfolio of accounts spanning Holding Companies and Brands. Participate in strategic meetings to support engagements that require technical consultation
  • Know our capabilities and differentiators to help the team identify opportunities to leverage them to solve business needs and support revenue growth
  • Lead the development of project tracking and portfolio-specific goals based on the company’s vision and define a framework for reporting progress with leadership.
  • Manage product prioritization, reflecting the business needs over time for TAM leadership
  • Ideate, scope, and program manage engineering work to facilitate custom solutions to be scaled across brands and Holding Companies
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with other functional leaders by solving business challenges together, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organizations.


SKILLS SUMMARY:

  • Strong acumen for technical consulting and adept in influencing client technical investments that drive positive business outcomes
  • You should have a passion for educating, training, and confidence to bring creativity to problem solving
  • Interest in serving as a mentor for the more junior TAMs across the team
  • Expert project/program manager responsible for setting timelines, stakeholder management, and independently driving initiatives forward. Superb attention to detail is an absolute must.
  • Experience with a formal project management method is a plus
  • Superior relationship management skills including the ability to influence/advocate for your team in our collaborations with the Commercial and Technical organizations
  • Effective decision making tactics that strives to clearly define the context, stay solution oriented and, when necessary, build advocacy with your leadership team
  • Quickly grasp & learn new technical subjects and be able to explain them to others.

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: 8+ years of work experience in a technical client-facing role
  • Proficient working knowledge of Excel, Office and Outlook is a must
  • Experience with SQL, web technologies/web programming languages, and APIs is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrable creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fluid, fast-paced work environment
  • Experience working with clients, product, and engineering teams - with the ability to break down complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
  • Experience with digital advertising technology is a major plus
