Job Overview for Human Resources Specialist:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Responsibilities for Human Resources Specialist:
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data
- Assist with payroll processing, including reviewing timesheets, calculating hours worked, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries
- Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Participate in project management activities related to HR initiatives, such as performance management system implementation or policy updates
- Provide support in various areas of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and offboarding
Requirements for Human Resources Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience working with HRIS systems
- Experience in training development and delivery
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Solid understanding of human resources principles and practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
