Coordinate and provide nursing care and services including:
Complete resident health assessments
Monitoring of resident overall health
Investigation of injuries involving residents or staff
Part of service planning team
Coordination of resident care
Participate in care conferences
Participate and direct quality assurance investigations
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Participate in in-service presentations and staff meetings
Communicate with state and assist in surveys
Help foster a positive team attitude in the community
AND anything that helps staff coordinate consistent, quality care and service in the facility. Other items as requested by the Administrator and/or anything else that is needed to keep the facility operating smoothly.
