We are hiring for all shifts - Starting at $15.00/hour + Shift Differential for 2nd Shift

  • 1st Shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm)
  • 2nd Shift (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm)

As a Dip Mold Operator you will:

  • Maintain daily production work schedule as direct by the Dip Molding Supervisor.
  • Set up, process and assemble tooling.
  • Monitor machine functions, adjusting as needed.
  • Monitor and re-fill vinyl dip tanks and make up cartons as needed
  • P ackage and label quality production.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Must have good time management skills
  • Must be able to work with limited supervision
  • Must have a valid drivers license (operator 2 level)
  • Work safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to read and write in English.
  • Well-motivated, self-starter
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

  • Experience with crane or forklift operations.
