Job Title: HR Generalist III

*Duration: 06 months contract, Full-Time

* Designs and administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas. Collects and analyses HR data, and then makes recommendations to management. Prepares internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Has the ability to support global operations business and run WW talent programs. Has Strong ability to program manage high impact HR programs to support business including stakeholder management and change management. M-F core hours (PST) with slight flexibility based on projects.

· Core HR functions - organizational design, complex underperformance management.

· Core HR projects, talent management for direct client group.

· 5-8 years’ experience in HR generalist

· Relevant experience in supporting operations group (AI, tech, customer service)

· Flavor of HRBP and program management - not necessarily in title but project

· Graduation degree - Bachelor’s or Associate’s in HR, leaning toward experience.

· Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s in relevant study.

5-8 years’ experience in HR generalist role.

· Experience with leading large-scale programs, project management, and/or business partnerships.

· Proven business acumen to understand differences in impact for global partnerships.
